These terms govern your use of araft.co and any services provided by Araft ("we", "us", "our"), a creative studio based in Islamabad, Pakistan. By using this site you agree to these terms. Project work is also covered by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.
You may browse and use this site for lawful purposes. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, access it in unauthorised ways, or use it to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content. The site is provided on an "as available" basis and may change or be unavailable from time to time.
Araft offers branding and identity, UI/UX and web design, social media marketing, video and motion, content writing, and SEO and performance marketing. Each service is available AI-powered for speed or human-led for depth, as agreed with you. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables and fees for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work.
Submitting the contact form or requesting a quote does not create a binding contract. A project begins only when both sides agree to a written scope and any required deposit is received.
Fees, payment schedule and any deposit are defined in your project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period noted on the invoice. Work may be paused if payments are overdue.
The Araft name, logo, site design, text and graphics are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables we create for you transfers to you, as detailed in your agreement. We may retain preliminary concepts, working files and internal tools, and we may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
Good work depends on good input. You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials or approvals we need, and to confirm you have the rights to any content you supply to us.
Our site and work may reference third-party platforms or services. We're not responsible for the content, availability or policies of those third parties.
We deliver our work with professional care and skill. Beyond that, the site and services are provided without other warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Araft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to it.
We treat non-public information you share with us in confidence, and we expect the same for the working materials, methods and pricing we share with you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Islamabad, unless your project agreement states otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with the "last updated" date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
